Mass posting

Posting to many accounts, many times a day

Team covers up to 10,000 posts a month. Past that, we size a plan to your accounts and volume. Each platform also sets how often one account can publish, and those limits apply whatever plan you are on.

What each platform allows per account

Taken from each platform’s developer documentation. A post past the limit is refused by the platform, so plan your schedule within it.

  • Instagram

50 posts a day per account

Counted over a rolling 24 hours. A carousel counts as one post. Meta also caps the drafts an account can prepare at 400 a day.

  • Facebook

30 Reels a day per Page

Counted over a rolling 24 hours. Meta publishes no daily cap for feed posts or videos on a Page, but its platform policy forbids spam and posting at very high frequency.

  • TikTok

About 15 posts a day per account

TikTok sets the number per account and does not publish it exactly. It is shared with every other app that posts to the same account.

  • YouTube

    Planned with you

YouTube publishes no daily number per channel. Uploads draw on a daily quota Google sets for ViewPrinter as a whole, so tell us your volume and we will plan it before you start.

  • X

100 posts every 15 minutes per account

The rate the X API allows one account. X has its own account limits on top, which it does not publish in its developer docs.
