Terms of service
Last updated 30 August 2026
The agreement
These terms are between you and VMGM Software, which operates ViewPrinter. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.
What the service does
ViewPrinter schedules and publishes content to social platforms you connect, and reads back metrics for what it published. It can be driven through the dashboard or by an AI assistant connected over MCP.
You need an account and an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under it.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the platforms you tell us to post it to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already delivered to a platform.
The platforms' rules still apply
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook each have their own terms, and using ViewPrinter does not change them. Automation and scheduling are governed by those rules, and breaking them is your responsibility — the likely consequences are theirs to impose, up to losing the account.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of these platforms. They can change their APIs, their limits or their policies at any time, and a change on their side may break or remove part of what ViewPrinter can do.
What you may not do
- Post content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Post to accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
- Use the service for spam, engagement manipulation, or anything the destination platform prohibits.
- Attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access another customer’s data.
- Resell access without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and will say why where we are able to.
AI assistants acting for you
When you connect an assistant, actions it takes with your approved tools are treated as yours. An assistant can misunderstand an instruction, so review what it is set up to do — particularly for tools that publish, which act on real accounts and reach real audiences.
To end a connection, disconnect ViewPrinter in the assistant itself, or email us and we will revoke the token.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you chose, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we have clearly failed to deliver the service. If prices change we will give you notice before the change applies to your renewal.
Availability
We work to keep ViewPrinter running and will not promise it never fails. Publishing depends on platforms we do not control, and a post can fail because of a platform outage, a revoked token, or a rule change on their side. Scheduling a post is not a guarantee it will be published.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost audience, or the loss or suspension of a social account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending it
You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time, and close your account by emailing us. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund the unused part of anything you have prepaid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
The rest
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands and that part applies as far as the law allows. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about ViewPrinter. You may not transfer your rights under them without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor if the business is sold or merged.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and for material changes we will tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
